Welcome to my small piece of the internet, I’m so glad you’ve stumbled upon me. I’m Sarah, and I have been painting since I was a small child. My heart followed painting and other creative avenues into adulthood, as I supplemented my paints with sculpture, print & web design, jewelry. I photographed weddings professionally for over a decade. And I have found that, in time - my heart always leads me right back to paint. So I decided to blend these passions of mine.

In the paintings I will create for you, I take inspiration heavily from your environment, the lighting, and my hero Claude Oscar Monet - my work is impressionistic, with brushstrokes showing through,  emphasizing your movements & the light dancing off of you. I have several options to serve you, based on your specific needs.

  • I am a world renowned artist who has integrated all kinds of overlapping skillsets & tools to create one-of-a-kind works of art. I am very proud of the work I’ve created over my life-time, and I am excited to be able now focus on this passion of mine - live wedding painting.

    PAINTER
    I am a painter of over 30 years - it’s one of my greatest joys. I have curated and shown my work in galleries all over the world. My paintings are featured in a popular game on Steam (Occupy White Walls). I have exhibited incredible artists, including, Brian, Wendy & Toby Froud (Labyrinth,The Dark Crystal, Faeries), Josh MCMonster (PBR), and Chris Wallas (Gremlins & Indiana Jones)

    WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
    I photographed dozens of weddings for a living for 10 years - so I have in-depth knowledge on creating the best poses, lighting and composition for your painting. I love interacting with the couples, the guests and the other vendors. I thrive on the fast-paced environments of weddings, I love the atmosphere - and this really adds to the paintings as well.

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER
    I earned my BA in Graphic Design from the AIoH and have used it to push my painting and professional work to new heights. I have created album designs, vinyl records and music merch for bands all over the world, including Smashing Pumpkins (Live at The Viper Room), unicorn (“You Are”) and have prepared design layouts and printing for Stardew Valley OST (2CD & fold-out poster). You can see my illustration, photography, and design work all over streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify & Tidal.

    I take a lot of pride in my work and am not happy unless you are. I approach every job with the same intensity as my own personal work, and muse meet my own high standards. If you aren’t satisfied, we will work together to resolve until you are - I’ve got you!

    • If you live in MINNESOTA or OREGON - no travel fees necessary.

    • Less than 3 hours from Huntsville, AL - no travel fees necessary.

    • More than 3 hours from Huntsville, AL - travel fees will be incurred and may include, gas, flight tickets & accommodations to attend.

  • Depending on the type of painting you select, the painting may be completed the day of, on-site OR completed in Sarah’s studio within 3 weeks of the wedding date and delivered to you.

  • You’ve got some options! I specialize in watercolor & oil painting, digital, as well as oil pastels. Whichever medium you choose and how long you want me there will determine whether the painting is completely on-site or taken back to my studio for detailing and sealing.

  • Absolutely! Even if your wedding has already passed, I happily accept wedding commissions. Message me so we can talk details.
